We are integrating PagerDuty with Bloxone (Infoblox). We have to include the following parameters:
*PagerDuty URL: We included the URL shown in our personal website (https://events-5.pagerduty.com/)
*PagerDuty ID: We included the API Access Key that we created in PagerDuty
Even, if we see that we are sending notifications from Bloxone, we cannot see any notification in PagerDuty. Is there any additional setup?

It sounds like you’d be best served by integrating Bloxone via our Events API v2. This would require you to create an Events API v2 integration on your PagerDuty service, which would provide you with an integration key (which you would include in the payload of your event as the routing_key) and the necessary endpoint, https://events.pagerduty.com/v2/enqueue.
